B2B Ordering Process & Terms
Minimum Order & Quantities
To ensure optimal service, we set the minimum value for wholesale B2B orders at €500. Minimum quantities per SKU consist of 10 units for hanging air fresheners and 4 units for Fragrance Sprays; all orders must strictly follow multiples of these quantities. We require payment via bank transfer with a 100% advance deposit before dispatch.
Estimated Production Time
Production and preparation typically span 7 to 14 working days. This timeframe ensures that every product reaches you fresh and adheres to our strict quality standards.
Product Samples
We provide the option to ship samples, with the interested party covering the cost of the products and delivery. Should a formal wholesale order follow, we will deduct the total cost of the samples from your final invoice.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Methods & Costs
For B2B goods transported outside of Greece, we calculate charges per box. Shipping is handled by our partner transport companies, with the customer responsible for all delivery expenses.
Returns Policy
We accept returns exclusively for defective products. To maintain our high-quality assurance, we do not permit returns for products with breached or opened original packaging.
